Really enjoyed my visit!

The staff helped book a taxi. It was very helpful when my flight changed. They give complimentary water and there is a station to refill it in the hotel. The hotel gave complimentary shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel is a bit much to call it a 4 star hotel. It really was like a 3 star hotel. The location was not easy to find as it's in a narrow residential street.

attentive staff immaculate room excellent parking

i found the staff to be very attentive. the room was immaculate and had a nice touch. my pajamas were folded and laid on the bed. the hotel has excellent parking facilities.

the hotel is a little outside of the city center.

inadequate soundproofing limited breakfast variety

The parking facilities at this location suited my needs well.

My room's soundproofing was inadequate. I overheard conversations and general noise from neighboring rooms. The limited breakfast variety required additional payment for items I considered basic, such as fried eggs.

friendly staff high standard complex travel extra cost

the staff were friendly i felt welcomed the whole time. the room was very clean the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard.

the hotel is located outside the city center this made travel a bit more complex. spa access cost extra i thought it should be included.

really good support effective temperature control renovated bathroom wide parking

the staff provided really good support. i got help with directions. my room had effective temperature control. it included a recently renovated bathroom with a nice walk in shower. the wide parking area gave me peace of mind about my vehicle, and i found a spot easily.

The spa access required an extra fee. I felt it should be included with the room.
