The staff helped book a taxi. It was very helpful when my flight changed. They give complimentary water and there is a station to refill it in the hotel. The hotel gave complimentary shampoo and conditioner.
The hotel is a bit much to call it a 4 star hotel. It really reminded me of a 3 star hotel. The location was not easy to find as it's in a narrow residential street.

i found the staff to be very attentive. the room was immaculate and had a nice touch. my pajamas were folded and laid on the bed. the hotel has excellent parking facilities.

the staff provided really good support. i got help with directions. my room had effective temperature control. it included a recently renovated bathroom with a nice walk in shower. the wide parking area gave me peace of mind about my vehicle, and i found a spot easily.
The spa access required an extra fee. I felt it should be included with the room.
